The following Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Dress2Love Website (“Site”), the materials and information contained therein and related services made available to you via this Site. Please read these Terms & Conditions before use on the site. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, please do not visit or use the Site. Dress2Love does not warrant that any “sizes” stated in relation to any products conform to any particular standard. The “measurements” and “fit guide” are provided as a guide only and should be treated as such.
a. The Customer acknowledges that the nature of the Product is such that there are no standardised size measurements. Accordingly, the “sizes” stated for a Product on the Website is only a general guide as to the physical measurements of the Product.
b. Dress2Love excludes any warranties, terms or conditions that the “sizes” stated in relation to the Product conform to any particular standard; or that the “size” for a particular type or range of Product corresponds with the “size” of another type or range of Product.
c. The Customer acknowledges that (subject only to any statutory cooling-off period) no refund, return or replacement will be provided where the sole reason for the request is that the wrong size was ordered.

Dress2Love makes no representations or warranties about any other website which you may access through this Site (“Other Website”). When you access an Other Website, that Other Website is independent from this Site, and Dress2Love has no control over the content on that Other Website. Products
Dress2Love offers clothing for women from our selected wholesalers whom mostly are of Asian origins. We at our very best will try to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products. We cannot guarantee the actual colours to be exact from the one seen in our website. All product information are provided by the vendors that supply/manufacture the products, and are subject to accuracy as maintained by them. Please choose product carefully before check-out or else please refer to Dress2Love Exchange, Return and Refund Policy and also our Terms and Conditions.
Please note that our supplier is a distributor for about 500 suppliers who are responsible for the copyright of their own products and neither Dress2Love or our supplier reserve any copyright for each design/trademark.
Therefore we do not take any responsibility for fake products on our site. As we display our items frequently, there might be some products which cause problems in terms of copyright despite our strict inspection.
We will remove those problematic items upon request of copyright holders and the settlement is to be made between claimant and the supplier.
Prices
All items are priced at Australian Dollar (AUD) and are GST inclusive,at the rate of 10%. Dress2Love can change its items pricing from time to time. You are responsible for the payment of any and all taxes, duties, charges imposts or other liabilities imposed by any government agency, government taxation agency or other government body, including without limitation, any customs duty, any additional GST payable or any value added tax imposed on any products or services acquired or ordered by you from this website.
Payment
Dress2Love accepts Visa, MasterCard, or regular account payments all through PayPal. PayPal payments are secure and free to setup. With PayPal you can transfer funds, or use your debit card, PayPal balance or credit card. Please note your order will be placed on hold until payment is received.
PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits. This is the quickest and easiest form of payment and avoids any delays on your order.
We do not accept cheques, money orders and bank transfer.
Delivery
Dress2Love currently delivers within Australia and to New Zealand.
Dress2Love uses Australia Post for all its delivery. Depend on product availability or re-order stock time, average delivery takes 3-10 business days, unless specifically notify by Dress2Love to orders made.
For Australia and New Zealand orders, any amount under AUD150 a flat rate of AUD10 will be charged. For orders over AUD150 delivery is free.
We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in the postal process. Please make sure you agree to our Terms & Conditions before placing your order, as no replacements and no refunds can be made if an order is lost or damaged while in transit.
Once an order package is sent to the postal carrier, the item becomes that carrierʼs responsibility and Dress2Love is no longer liable. We are not responsible for postal transit times, which are provided by the carrier, and may vary with package origin and destination, especially during peak periods.
Delivery addresses must be valid and complete. Delivery charges are subject to changes from time to time. Dress2Love does not cover returning cost and delivery cost of exchange items unless the item is faulty or defect. Purchaser bears this cost. Purchasers should be aware that Dress2Love does not accept exchanges, returns or refund for items sold. Should items found faulty or defect please notify Dress2Love within 7 days of receiving the package at info@Dress2Love.com.au. All delivery from Dress2Love are delivered by Australia Post. Please refer to our Delivery information for more detail.
Please note, we do not deliver to PO Box addresses. Delivery addresses must be valid and complete. We basically send to the delivery address written on the order list. We disregard the delivery address on PayPalʼs notification.
Exchange, Return and Refund
In order for all Dress2Love items to be unique and exclusive, we do not hold many stock for each item. All our items sold cannot be exchanged, or returned and non-refundable. Please read our Terms and Conditions carefully otherwise please do not proceed to check out.
All purchases from Dress2Love are final. Please be aware of our sizing and size guide and therefore select your sizes carefully and be sure of our Exchange, Return and Refund conditions.
Return and Refund conditions
Please note that items might defer in its colour depending of your computer monitor. Accessories, Shoes and Bags cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.
Dress2Love only allows exchange of faulty or defect items. Faulty or defect goods must be notified via e-mail at info@Dress2Love.com.au within 7 days of receiving them. Please quote item code number and a brief explanatory note in e-mail and Dress2Love will response to the matter.
Dress2Love does not accept exchange of items which are considered worn, no tags, or washed or items which are forced damage (broken zip, lost buttons, or torn). All exchange items must be in its best original 100% new condition and packaging. Dress2Love has the right to refuse ones intention of exchange. We take no responsibility in the event of a faulty item when special care instructions were not followed.
All returned items must be well packaged as we will not accept any returns that have been damaged through transit. And please send item back to us via Registered Post so we can track it during transit. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the sender. We only cover the postage costs of resending the correct order back to you in the case where wrong order has been fulfilled or the garment was faulty or defect. Should the items become out of stock, a full refund of the faulty/defect item excluding returning cost and taxes and duties impost, will be granted. However this is very rare, as Dress2Love checks and inspects all their items before packaging and dispatch. There might be a slight difference in colour, depending on the state of your computer monitor. Please note, due to insufficient quantity of some items your order might not be fulfilled.
We do not provide exchange or refunds on sale items and special orders. And there is no credit note. All sale items are final.
